Paris Green is a Chicago area burlesque performer. She is the director and producer of the Belmont Burlesque Revue, the longest consecutively running burlesque show in Chicago. She fell in love with burlesque when she saw her first striptease as a wee lass in the windswept fields of Kansas and has been finding creative ways to take her clothes off ever since. Paris has been a featured performer in Red Hot Dames, Burley-Q: The Burlesque Sexperience! and the Late Night Late Show and has made special appearances for the Howard Brown Health Center and the Gay Games. Paris has served as an expert on burlesque for syndicated radio host and columnist Dr. Laura Berman, the KC Stage, the Daily Northwestern and many other fine publications.
Paris Green has been involved in a wide variety of ways in the Chicago performing arts community since 1998. She is the founder and executive producer of Full Deck Productions, a small independent arts company which has produced several original theatrical shows and the indie film showcase, Twirly, seen on CAN - Channel 19. In addition to her tantalizing teasing with the Belmont Burlesque Revue, Paris Green has also performed and produced improv comedy at venues around the city of Chicago including the Playground Theater and ImprovOlympic. She can be seen in a number of independent film and off-Loop theater productions (clothed, of course).
